Positive: Caleb and Mark are excellent hosts. They are friendly and very easy going. They have figured out everything that is needed for an awesome stay and have it there. My family enjoyed every bit of our stay.
Negative: Location is kinda far and remote for all activities. If you are looking for an indoor stay with large group, this works. If you are interested in activities, the location could be a problem. It wasn't a problem for us. One minor thing - Dishwasher should be replaced. As nice the house is, dishwasher is that bad. We ended up washing manually most of the time.
